At Routine Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If your record arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the vinyl in its original mailer or a sturdy record box, ensuring the protective sleeve and all inserts are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
