How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is packed with extra padding and corner protection to prevent seam splits and transit damage.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, once the shrink wrap is removed, we cannot accept returns for 'change of mind' reasons to ensure the integrity of our collection.
Do you sell brand new or used records?
Routine Vinyl specializes in brand new, factory-sealed pressings. On rare occasions, we offer certified 'Near Mint' vintage finds, which will be clearly labeled in the product description.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
